HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?
Counselling can take as little as a few sessions or longer depending on your situation and goals. If you know what you want to work on the process can be quicker. If you need help figuring out what it is you want to work on, the process may take longer. No matter what brings you to counselling, we will work collaboratively to design a treatment plan that is tailored to you. Your counselling therapist will be there to support you and guide you throughout the process.

WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER THERAPY?
It's important to check with your health benefits provider to ensure that Canadian Certified Counsellors are covered under your plan. Our counselling services are approved to provide direct billing to the First Nations Health Authority clients with status (FNHA) and clients of ICBC who are eligible for services. We offer a range of therapeutic services that are available on a sliding fee scale to ensure access for all. Get in touch to discuss your individual needs and the coverage available through your health insurance provider.
